Yacht drawing convert from DWG to 3D in fusion 360

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to convert a yacht drawing from DWG format to a 3D model in Fusion 360. The desired output format for the converted drawing is either STL, OBJ, or FBX, as I want to be able to share it via Fusion 360.
For the 3D drawing, I would like all layers to be separated, so that I can easily manipulate and modify different parts of the yacht.
