3D Wood Panel Design Fusion 360

Hi, i need a 3D model design of a wood panel with the following specs:
original panel size: 60 cm x 90 cm
original panel height: 3.8 cm
The panel design should be similar to the images in this project. The "holes" should be of different sizes and forms. The end model should not be thinner than 6 mm in the thinnest places (the bottom of the holes).
As we have to build the model with a cnc machine out of a wooden block, the pitch of the walls may not be higher than 40 degree on any point. That is a bit less than the models in the pictures, as they are a bit steeper. The size of the different holes should be between 8x8 cm and 16x16 cm an not deeper than 32 mm from the top (38 mm plate with 6 mm minimum end height)
