Wire Rope Hoist Design (12.5T & 15T) for Double Girder EOT Crane
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer with hands-on wire rope hoist / EOT crane design experience to support us on a freelance basis.
The assignment involves designing double-girder wire rope hoists for 12.5T and 15T capacities, covering multiple configuration models.
Scope & Deliverables
The freelancer will be required to deliver:
1. Detailed design calculations in Excel with clear reference tags (IS / FEM clauses)
2. 3D part design of all hoist components (SolidWorks / Inventor or equivalent)
3. 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions & tolerances
4. Component selection chart prepared as per our preferred makes & configurations
5. Designs to cover multiple reeving / fall arrangements 4/1, 6/2, 2/2 etc
Requirements
1. Mechanical engineer with 3+ years of hoist / crane design experience
2. Familiar with double girder hoists, reeving systems, and duty classifications
3. Ability to deliver manufacturable and cost-optimized designs
