Wind Simulation (CFD) for Housing Development

I need to examine the impact of two architectural designs on air movement and wind speed in a housing development. The wind is assumed to blow from the west at 4 m/s, and I want to simulate the wind speed behind the development for each variant at specific distances. The built-up area is less than 0,07 km2
Scope of work
- Simulate wind speed behind the development for each of two variant designs at distances of 300, 600, and 900 meters.
- Use provided detailed DTM, DSM, and 3D models of the proposed development.
- Present the analysis results on a map in the form of a raster file (geotiff preferred) or vector (in popular GIS format like shapefile or geopackage), for example in grid of squares with wind speed value
