3D Wig Modeling with Adjustable Features

I'm seeking an experienced 3D modeler to design a medium length, straight hair wig. This project involves creating a 3D model that looks natural and realistic, ensuring the wig's texture and color offers a sense of genuineness.
Objectives:
Model Design: Design a 3D model of a wig that looks natural and realistic. The wig should have a natural hair texture, color, and style that can be adjusted if necessary.
Format: The model should be exported in .obj format, which is compatible with our existing ARCore-based application, aslo the z-axis protrusion must be hollow, to enable a see through view when looked from +z-axis
Optimization: The model must be optimized for real-time performance on mobile devices. This includes a low polygon count while maintaining a high level of detail in texture and form.
Texturing: Detailed texturing is required to achieve a lifelike appearance. The texture should reflect realistic hair characteristics under various lighting conditions within the AR environment.
Specific Requirements:
Pivot Point: The model should be designed considering that it will pivot around a point that approximately aligns with the middle of the forehead. This pivot point is crucial for realistic movement and rotation as the user moves their head.
Scalability: The wig should be easily scalable without loss of texture quality or form integrity, as parameters for scaling will be adjustable within the application.
Rotation Ready: The model should accommodate rotations based on quaternion inputs derived from AR tracking data, ensuring that it can rotate smoothly with head movements.
Deliverables:
3D model file in .obj format.
Texture files including diffuse, specular, and normal maps in high resolution.
A thumbnail or preview image of the wig model.
