Web Based 3D Car Visualization

Need a web based visualization for car models. It needs to be able to change different colors on different parts of the car based on some drop down selection. Something very similar to https://www.blend4web.com/en/demo/toyota-cars-in-3d/ but changing colors on various parts of the car, e.g. just change the color on the bonnet, or the left car door etc.

Please also propose the technology to use, e.g. blender4web
