Waste Water Treatment Plant SCADA 3D Modeling

We need to create a 3D model for the Wastewater treatment plant. You'll need to have experience with 3d Max and solid works to create 3D symbols for pumps, valves, motors, tanks, and pipes. Then we'll use these 3d symbols and 3D layout for our SCADA Control system.
I've attached an example of what we need to be created for the 3D displays
We've around 20 displays to be converted to 3D with around 30% - 40% similarities.
