Virtual reconstruction of an ancient ruin - 3D designer

Hi, I need an expert on virtual reconstruction, preferably with knowledge of ARmedia SDK, Vuforia, or any other 3D modelling program. The objective is to turn the ancient ruins of a building to its original historical form. The final delivery should look like the first attachment (by Nemeth Adam).
