3D Virtual Walkthrough of Flat

Hello,
I'm looking to put my flat on rent myself or potentially sell and would like to have a 3D virtual environment created (can be accessed via mobile or a Virtual Reality headset) where a user can walk through with a first person view of each of the different rooms and interact with some of the objects I will be leaving behind.
This will need to be a very smooth environment where the user is able to walkthrough the entire flat rather than moving between pictures where there will be a transition between different photos.
Not sure if this can be done via Unity or another 3D modelling app but happy to listen to suggestions.
