Village house in Lebanon
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello I'm majed from Lebanon,
the project is a house village located in Hammara bekaa valley,
the input is attached below, if we got an agreement the the output will be as following.
1-Landscape layout for the land showing location of trees, sewage underground room, car parking, retaining walls ( if needed)
2-floor plan layout (the Key is to use Using the difference of levels in the land to avoid excavation and backfilling).
3- 3D modelling showing the landscape and building layout
Note that as per law have 9 meter vertical investment and 150m2 tp 170m2 horizontal investment.
Concerns are:
1- I want you to use the levels difference of the land. (to Avoid making huge retaining walls and to avoid excavation and backfilling
2- this will be a budget village house, i want a the old school design
3- I don't need an elevator, a small stair is enough.
4- Big balconies is needed.
5- view of the land is north west referring to AutoCAD the view is in the direction of lot 1232 and 1231
