Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We are looking to create a unique Bali modern villa design with a modern flair.
Architectural scope
- Full Architectural design in ArchiCAD.
3 options of external finishes with 3D view. Ext materials render, natural stone , glass.
3 options of internal layout internal walls. The width (from left to right) can be adjusted if required.
Garden / outdoor design. Garden type – dry garden
External pool and sower at the front
Roof top area (similar to the pic attached).
Villas internal sizes and the width (from left to right) can be adjusted if required.
- External walls 200mm
- Internal walls 100mm
- Ceiling height ground floor 3.2m
- Ceiling height 1 floor 3m
- Ground floor ceiling thickness 200mm
- 1 floor ceiling thickness 200mm
- Open garage (without garage door)
- Survey Levels to be used. Eg. Set survey levels on land.
Final and interim design to be provided in Archicad 24 and Pdf
