Vietnamese 3D Industrial Design

I need a (Vietnam-based -ONLY...) 3D industrial designer to retro-engineer and modify mechanical parts using SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD software.
Requirements:
- Retro-engineering of medium-sized metal mechanical parts (10-50 cm)
- Redesign and modification, no complex engineering required
- Preferably located in Ho Chi Minh City, as parts cannot be transported
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS or similar CAD tools
- Experience in 3D design and retro-engineering of metal parts
- Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City
