3D Video Rendering Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'd like a quote for the following project requirements:
Create 3D animation rendering video for marketing purposes for a large piece of land in Southern California.
*We do not have architectural plans and just need a concept that can be generated from AI
Generate image that we would approve before 3D Modeling for video flyover.
Description of image/video to generate:
Large 20,000 interior new-build SF Italian Villa on a 22-acre hillside promontory with guest house with a long driveway lined with cypress trees.
Outdoor Amenities will include:
-Pool w/ jacuzzi
-Outdoor entertaining Cabana with large TV
-BBQ area and outdoor dining
-Fire pit gathering area
-Tennis/Pickleball Court
-Putting Green.
-Olive grove on surrounding hill
Ideally: video start with flythrough up long cypress-lined curving driveway, then 360 fly-around tour of the exterior of the house to showcase facade and outdoor amenities and the expansive views. Then feature the main contemporary living room interior looking out to the pool and views. Please render a sunny day with few clouds.
