Vibration Delivery System Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking an experienced engineer or designer to create a technical solution for delivering controlled vibrations into an enclosed liquid-filled tank using a motor-driven rod. The purpose of these vibrations is to stimulate chemical reactions within the tank.
Project Scope:
- Develop a compact, food-grade stainless steel design for the rod assembly.
- Provide CAD drawings and 3D models suitable for prototyping and manufacturing.
- Explore options for external mounting or internal integration within the tank (motor will be externally mounted).
- Use simulation tools (e.g., COMSOL or equivalent) to optimise vibration propagation and frequency delivery throughout the liquid.
- Focus on efficiency, manufacturability, and a sleek, modern design.
Deliverables:
- Complete CAD files of the rod assembly.
- Simulation report showing vibration propagation within the tank.
- Suggestions for design improvements based on simulation results.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with mechanical vibrations
- Proficiency in CAD design
- Background in multiphysics simulation, preferably in liquid-containing systems
