Very simple geometric 2D Sketch to 3D Model (for 3D Printing)

Hi,
I'm looking for a designer who can turn my 2D sketch into a 3D model that is ready to be printed in SLA.
I want to use the 3D printed pieces to create silicon molds. So, the 3D print should be stable enough to do this. If necessary please create the 3D file with interior structure and decide on a material thickness for the outside walls that is appropriate. Meaning, the objects will be stable enough for multiple silicon castings but the printing costs will stay as low as possible.
Attached is a PDF file with a preview of the parts in the original size. There are 2 parts, a triangle and a square that should fit together perfectly. The drawing shows the front view of both parts. The shapes should be extruded to a length of 230mm each.
All corners should be rounded with a diameter of 1mm.
I wasn't able to do that in Coral Draw, so I added black circles (1mm diameter) in each corner to show what I mean. I also have the SVG file made in Coral Draw that I could send you.
What I need:
1) A 3D file, ready for printing in one of these formats:
STEP, STP, SLDPRT, STL, SAT, 3DXML, PRT, IPT, CATPART, X_T, PTC, X_B
2) Please tell me the volume in ml of each object to calculate casting materials.
Design should be ready asap. Ideally by Monday March 7th.
