I need a 3D model of the Block event venue

The model will include:

- Courtyard area
- Lobby & staircase
- First floor
- Second floor

Please exclude:

- Bathrooms
- Green room
- Kitchen
- Overhead pipes
- Cabinets/ bars

Modeling Requirements:

- Accurate scale throughout.
- Use basic textures/ flat colors
- Provide only the .skp file

Ideal Skills and Experience:
