I’ve drafted the 2-D plans for a compact single-family home and now need a clean, well-organized 3D model built entirely in Vectorworks. The goal is a basic structural representation—walls, floors, roof, openings, and key levels—so that I can quickly move forward with elevations, interior studies, and client presentations.

You will receive the PDF and VWX files of the floor plans, section markers, and my layer and class naming conventions. From these, please develop a native Vectorworks model that aligns with my drawing set and uses parametric objects wherever practical. No furniture, fixtures, or detailed interior elements are required at this stage; the focus is accuracy of geometry and ease of future editing.

When you respond, include a concise but detailed project proposal explaining:
• Your modeling workflow in Vectorworks (version 2024 preferred)
• How you’ll structure layers, classes, and viewports for clarity
• An estimated timeline with any key milestones or checkpoints

I’ll review proposals based on clarity of approach and evidence of similar past models. Once awarded, I’ll share the reference files immediately so you can get started.
