Vastu-Compliant Residential CAD Design -- 2

I’m developing a new residential property in Chennai and need end-to-end design support that respects strict Vastu principles. The scope covers complete house planning, detailed 2D AutoCAD floor plans, and photorealistic 3D elevations that clearly communicate form, massing, and material intent.

You’ll start by translating my brief and plot measurements into a concept that maximises light, ventilation, and functional flow while aligning each room and core element to the prescribed Vastu grid. Once the concept is approved, I expect fully dimensioned DWG files alongside PDF sets for easy sharing with local authorities and contractors. The 3D elevations should read seamlessly with the plans, showing true-to-scale window and door placements, façade treatments, and roof profiles so contractors can price and build with confidence.

Deliverables
