I'm seeking a skilled architect or designer who specializes in Vastu-compliant house designs. The plot size is 20x50. The focus is primarily on the kitchen and utility areas, with a modern aesthetic for the living and dining spaces.
Key deliverables:
- A comprehensive kitchen and utility areas design
- A modern style proposal for the living and dining areas
- A detailed 3D elevation of the house incorporating balcony details, facade lighting and landscape features
Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio in both modern design and Vastu principles, with experience in creating detailed 3D models. Knowledge of contemporary facade lighting and landscape design is also a plus.
