Urgent Wood Frame Drafting Needed for US home in Bellevue Washington
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have the architectural model of a two-story wood-frame house in Bellevue, WA prepared in both 3D Revit and AutoCAD. What I’m missing—and need quickly—are complete framing plans that break the structure down to every stud, plate, header, and beam.
You will open my existing files, reference a city-approved, comparable home that I’ll share, and lay out the full wood frame using Revit and AutoCAD together. Because of our deadline (Dec 30), I need you to jump in right away and iterate fast; there’s no state licensure requirement, but confident familiarity with U.S. light-wood construction is essential.
Deliverables (all by Dec 30):
• Updated Revit model and matching DWG set showing detailed framing members, floor and roof trusses, shear walls, hold-downs, and connection callouts.
• Sheet-ready plans, sections, and key details labeled and dimensioned.
