Urgent ANSYS FEA Pre-processing Task
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am looking for an experienced FEA Engineer for an urgent pre-processing task in ANSYS. The project consists of geometry cleanup and shell meshing for a van's structural chassis (no outer body).
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- You MUST use ANSYS 2024 R2 or lower (I need to open the native archive files on my end).
- Deadline: 3 days maximum.
- Budget: €400 EUR.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Step 1 (Original Model): Clean up the provided CAD geometry, extract midsurfaces, and generate a high-quality, clean shell mesh. Apply a property thickness of 1.5mm to the structure.
2. Step 2 (Modified Variant): Modify the geometry by cutting 3 top ribs, integrating a 30x10x1 reinforcement tube to bridge the cut, and updating the shell mesh (re-meshing only the affected ribs and the new tube).
WHAT I WILL PROVIDE:
- The original CAD model.
- A modified CAD model showing exactly how the reinforcement needs to look.
NOTE: I will handle the loads, boundary conditions, and solving myself. Your job is strictly geometry preparation and clean mesh setup.
