Urban Planning 3D Visualization Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing a university urban-planning assignment and I need a seasoned 3D designer with a solid grasp of architectural principles to turn my sketches and site data into a cohesive digital model.
Scope
The brief centres on a mixed-use district, but for this submission I have to highlight the parks and recreation areas: green corridors, plazas, playgrounds and any supporting landscape features. Path layouts, levels, furnishings and planting zones should all read clearly in the model so I can extract both aerial and eye-level views for my report.
Software
Rhino is mandatory because I’ll be editing the file afterwards (.3dm format). If you prefer to rough-out massing in SketchUp, Revit or AutoCAD first, that’s fine—just deliver the final geometry in clean, well-layered Rhino format.
Deliverables
• Native Rhino file, organised by logical layers (terrain, hardscape, vegetation, street furniture, water features)
• 3–5 high-resolution renders that showcase overall context plus detailed views of the park components
• A quick walkthrough animation or turntable (30–45 sec) would be a welcome bonus, but not essential
Acceptance Criteria
• All scale references and dimensions must match the site plan I provide.
• Vegetation and materials should be realistic enough for presentation while keeping polygon count manageable.
• No orphaned or duplicate geometry; model should import into Rhino without errors.
Once I send you the CAD underlay, zoning diagrams and precedent images, I’ll need the first draft within a week and final refinements a few days later. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifications you need so we can get started right away.
