Updated Layout Plans for Shopfitting

Job ID: 40513969

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have complete, but slightly messy, drawings of a retail space and I need a clean set of General Layout floor plans that incorporate a few additions to the existing layout. The scope is strictly additive—no structural moves—so the walls stay where they are.

Your first step will be to import the files I supply (mixed DWG/PDF) and tidy them up: resolve stray layers, align inconsistent dimensions, and remove any redundant linework or annotation. Once the base is clean, I’ll point out the extra elements we have to include for shop-fitting purposes—think additional shelving runs, a service counter shift, and some purpose-built storage pockets. These need to be shown accurately, annotated, and ready for sign-off by the fitting contractor.

Deliverables
• A polished CAD (.dwg) file, organised in clear layers and at 1:1 scale
• A plotted PDF set (A1 sheet size) that reads well in monochrome
• A brief change log so the contractor can see what was added

I work in AutoCAD, so keeping everything compatible with that workflow is essential, but I’m happy if you prefer to draft in Revit or Archicad as long as I end up with the final DWG and PDF. Accuracy to the millimetre, sensible layering, and legible dimensions will be my acceptance criteria.

If you’ve done retail or shop-fitting plans before and can turn this around quickly, let’s talk.
