Unreal Engine 5 Import From Sketchfab

I am looking for a skilled Unreal Engine developer who can assist me with importing specific 3D models from Sketchfab for an architectural visualization project.

I bought an "apartment" off Sketchfab and I would like to upload it to Unreal Engine 5.3. I have tried but it doesn't seem to upload everything properly.

Requirements:
- Experience in using Unreal Engine 5 and importing assets from Sketchfab
