Unreal Engine 5.1 VR Demo

We would like a short Unreal 5.1 VR compatible demo where the user experience is compressed to only about 2 minutes. We are looking for a tense 2 minutes that elicits emotion from the end user. Perhaps a dinosaur looking through the weeds and discovering you or something that causes a sense of height danger of falling. Should be as hyper realistic as possible. At the end a simple button appears asking if you would like to reset the short experience. Key is experience is designed to elicit emotion in the user in a realistic environment.
