Universal IOT Mounting System Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I'm seeking an experienced product designer to create a durable yet lightweight mounting system that can be produced through 3D printing and injection molding. This mounting stand will be for a Raspberry Pi and Camera(Along with other essential elements) and should not exceed 500g.
Key Tasks:
- Design a stand that does not interfere with the monitor's Field of View (FOV).
- Design needs to accommodate various wires/components necessary for the Raspberry Pi setup.
- The mounting system should be adaptable to an average monitor size of 318 x 264 x 152mm(Adjustable for all screen sizes) and should record the screen with the camera and upload live feed via using raspberry pi.
-The mounting system should block unnecessary glares or light reflections. (Something like a hood or your choice of design)
Deliverables include detailed 2D design , CAD designs(3d printable), a prototype manufacturing plan.
Ideal freelancer profile:
- Must have relevant experience in IoT product design.
- Must have a keen understanding of Raspberry Pi and its peripherals.
- Consideration of ergonomics and functionality according to desired use.
Requirements:
- The 3d printable and injection molding friendly material choice should be considered in the design.
- The design must allow adjustable positioning for optimal flexibility.
Please provide a portfolio of relevant work along with your bid. Any mechanical analysis or renderings you can provide will also be highly appreciated.
