I have a plot of 700 square meters (35 meters by 20 meters) on two corner streets, and I would like to build a modern small 2-bedroom chalet with an approximate area of 110 square meters. I am seeking help with a highly detailed 3D landscaping rendering design including all details (like electrical, plumbing, garden design with tree names and light designs, how to avoid sun direction, etc.)
I'm in need of a professional who can provide a holistic approach to architectural visualization. Your task is to create detailed and realistic renderings of the space, and then bring it to life through an architectural animation.
Key Requirements:
- Architectural Drawing: You'll need to create a complete set of architectural drawings which will include a floor plan, cross-section, elevation drawings, and landscape drawing.
- 3D Visualization: The visualization should primarily emphasize the interior details and finishes of the space. This is crucial in helping the client visualize the final look and feel of the project.
- 3D Interior and Exterior Renderings: I am looking for realistic and detailed renderings of both the interior and exterior of the design.
- Architectural Animation: Finally, I need a high-quality architectural animation that brings the entire project to life.
The HVAC drawings should be intermediate with some technical details.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating similar work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to create professional, high-quality renderings and animations.
