Phase 1 (Within 2-3 Days): All 2D Working Drawings, including Revised Floor Plan, Structural Drawings (Column/Beam details), Electrical Layout, and Plumbing/Drainage plans.
Phase 2 (Within 5 Days Total): 3D Floor Plan and High-quality Interior/Exterior Renders.
Technical Requirements:
Refinement: Minor adjustments to the 2D plan to optimize space.
Structural: Verified Rebar details for Column/Beam
Indian Standards: Knowledge of 9-inch and 4.5-inch wall construction is mandatory.
Source Files: Final delivery must include AutoCAD (.dwg) and SketchUp (.skp) files.
