Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move forward with the municipal approval for my new modern-style residence (around 1 000–2 000 sq ft), and I need a complete set of sanction drawings prepared strictly in line with the latest UDPCR rules. You’ll be translating my sketch and plot details into a professional submission package that the authority can stamp without revisions.
Key deliverables I expect:
• Site layout, floor plans, elevations, and sections in DWG and PDF
• Area statement, FSI/ground-coverage calculations, and any UDPCR compliance tables
• North arrow, scale, legends, and title block formatted to local standards
• A brief explanatory note so I can answer any engineer’s questions
I can supply plot dimensions, setback requirements already confirmed with the town planner, and my preferred room arrangement as soon as we start.
