Two-Bedroom Dwelling House Architectural Design

I am looking for a skilled building architect to develop a complete architectural design for a two-bedroom dwelling house.

The project should include architectural drawings and detailed interior and exterior design concepts.

Scope of Work:

- Architectural drawings

- 3D exterior design and realistic renderings

- Interior design for all spaces (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom)

Final files in PDF and DWG formats



Project Details:

Floor is above 0.9m from ground level. There is a small balcony at the entrance.

Building dimension is about 7.3 x 9.55 m. Ceiling height is 2.5m

Pitch of roof is about 22.5 degree

2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, open-plan living/dining area, kitchen, and small porch/balcony

Design should maximize natural light and space efficiency

Minimalist, or contemporary style preferred (open to suggestions)

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software

Experience in residential design projects

Ability to provide high-quality 3D visualizations and detailed drawings
