Twinmotion Walkthrough for Campus Renovation

Bottom line: I need a Twinmotion walkthrough from CAD/PDF. I’m a South Arkansas pastor with working with an old-school architect. I have a site plan and can get many pictures of our existing campus. We are doing a campus renovation and addition... a 5,000 sq children's space and modifying existing space to provide more bathrooms, classroom space, and a cafe area. I have a site plan from our architect that is a 2-D architectural mock up, but I really would like some 3-D images and even video to share with our church. Our architect cannot do that or outsources it to a third-party. I need to turn the drawings into for a reasonable price to get video and pictures of conceptual architectural drawings with a quick turnaround?
