Turntable & Tilter SPM Design

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a detailed engineering design for a rotary turn-table SPM that incorporates an integrated tilter assembly. The concept is already locked; what I am missing is the full set of production-ready details so manufacturing can start without any re-work or guesswork.

Scope
• Build a complete 3D model of the mechanism in SolidWorks. Every component—plates, shafts, bearings, drives, guards, hardware—must be fully defined and assembled so I can generate shop drawings directly from the file.
• Run (and clearly document) the engineering calculations behind the design. This includes strength checks, bearing & shaft sizing, torque / motor sizing, and any other performance or safety factors required for a smooth, reliable index and tilt. I will review the calcs before sign-off.

Deliverables (all digital):
1. Native SolidWorks assembly and part files (.sldasm / .sldprt) with a clean, editable feature tree.
2. A PDF report—or spreadsheet if you prefer—showing the supporting calculations, formulas, and assumptions.

Acceptance criteria
• Model opens error-free in SolidWorks 2022 or later.
• All parts fit together with proper clearances; no interference detected.
• Calculations reconcile with the 3D geometry and stated loads.

I will share the existing concept files, envelope limits, load data, and preferred bought-outs the moment we start. If you normally finish your designs in CATIA or AutoCAD first, that’s fine so long as the final hand-off is SolidWorks. Looking forward to a sharp, manufacture-ready solution.
