Turning 3D models into architecture rendering

A Construction company from Bulgaria is looking for someone to create 3D visualisations of some of our houses, we have the SketchUp files for. We have blueprints and .skp files, made with SketchUp 2019 Pro and we want something realistic like the files attached. We can export the .skp files into different formats.
