Turn this 2D image into a 3D model (.gltf or .GLB file) (NSFW)

Hi, I need someone to turn this (NSFW) 2d image that I have uploaded into a 3d model in the format of .gltf or .glb with the textures/colors. I need the 3D model to be as photorealistic as possible.
