Turn this character in to a Cinema 4d Editable model

Hi i am looking for some body to build this character in to a cinema 4d model. It needs to be editable and have a rig so that the arms and legs can be moved. I also need the things like the patches , the mask and the visor to be separate layers so that they can be turned off. There will be an immediate second project for the winner Along similar lines.
