Turn my sketch plan of a furnished room into 3D pictorials using AI

I have a rough 2D sketch plan outlining the layout of a furnished room used for professional purposes. I now need four static view pictorials (like a fabricated photo thats embellishes the rough sketch and replaces line drawings of furnishings with public domain images of actual furnishings and equipment) if looking at photographs of the room from four different perspectives when standing at different places in the room.
Also one rotating view three-dimensional MP4 that translates the sketch into a visual experience of how the room will look to a person turning around on the spot in the middle of the room. Furniture placement, lighting fixtures, and some specified equipment must all appear exactly where my drawing indicates (measurements will be given), but styled with uncluttered simplicity.
