Turn floor plans into 3D model of house in Sketchup

Hi there, I have a PDF file of the floor plan drawings for a new home construction project. I want to turn this into a 3D model of the home in Sketchup. I only want to model the walls, floors, separations, doors and windows. We don't need to add any materials or furniture.
