Transition Boat Design to 3D Model

I have a 2D drawing of a boat in DWG format which I want to transform into a 3D model. I'm interested in an intermediate level of detail, incorporating some textures and details to give a realistic representation of the original design. However, this doesn't need to be an interactive 3D model- a static one will suffice. Ideally, you will have experience in both 2D to 3D conversion and working with DWG files, demonstrating a keen eye for capturing the essence of the original design in the 3D model. Proficiency in a popular CAD software packages and strong attention to detail will be greatly appreciated.
