Transforming of Interior/Architectural 2D into 3D Reality

I am looking for someone that is well organized, independent and have proficiency in graphic presentation. You are to convert the 2Dplans for me to a high-quality 3D modelling, rendering with photorealistic 3D visualizations or walkthrough adding attachment to it.
