Transform the floor plan of a house into a 3d model

For a better visualization of a house I need a 3d model to walk through plus some renderings. I have the plans of the lower and upper floor in PDF. It's around 165m² and the furnishing should be included like it's on the floor plan. German wording is used on the plans but isn't really necessary. I would look for somebody who can read submission plans and can turn it into a model that's easy accessible for me without special software know how.
