Transform 2D images into 3D models using different libraries that are available

I am looking for a freelancer who can transform 1-10 2D images into 3D models using different libraries. The desired format for the 3D models is .stl. For this project, I prefer to leave the choice of libraries to the freelancer, so they can use their expertise to select the most suitable ones. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D modeling and be familiar with libraries that can efficiently convert 2D images to 3D models.
Use Case: When we click on the 2D pictures on any e-commerce site, we should get a popup of a 3D image which we play with like. Should contain a button to cancel it
