Transform a Japanese Ski Lodge: Potential Renovations and 3D Renderings

I need a talented 3D building designer to help visualize the renovation potential of a ski lodge and staff accommodation building in northern Japan. The goal is to transform these spaces from their current state to a modern design that will appeal to potential buyers.

I have interior/exterior photos, simple exterior mocks for reference, and floor plans, but this project requires a creative mind to reimagine the building and space.
