Trainz Route with LiDar Integration

I need an existing Trainz Simulator route enhanced with LiDar data. The goal is to enhance realism.

Key requirements:
- Incorporate topography from LiDar
- Refine railroad tracks using the data

Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiar with Trainz Simulator route building
- Experience with LiDar data processing and integration with Blender
