Traditional Slope Roof Rendering

I'm seeking a talented 3D artist for an architectural visualization project. The task involves creating a rendering of a single-style slope roof attached to an existing covered porch roof. The rendering needs to include dimensions of the structure for city permitting purposes. The rendering will be used primarily for architectural visualization, dimensions and HOA and permit approval.

I have attached several pictures for reference. The pictures include: the existing covered porch without the slope roof, a roof under construction with the two columns that I require, beadboard ceiling and ceiling fan, and one picture of a finished/painted slope roof. The picture with the finished slope roof does not have the second column that I desire but shows the architectural details of the roof, paint color and siding I desire for the rendering.
