Traditional Single-Family Home Design

IHello,

I’m looking for a freelancer to create **complete house plans** based on the design and floor plan shown in the images above. The home will be built on an **8,088 sq ft lot** and must sit **30 feet back from the street**.

Single-story version** (similar to the provided floor plan)

Scope of Work
1. Full Material List (ALL MATERIALS NEEDED TO BUILD THE HOUSE)

A full material takeoff, including:
* 2x4 / 2x6 studs, headers, beams
* Concrete / cement (foundation, footings, slab)
* Sheathing, drywall, insulation
* Roofing materials
* Siding, trim, exterior materials
* Doors, windows, cabinets, hardware
* All flooring (carpet, tile, laminate, etc.)
* All electrical, plumbing, and HVAC materials
* Any materials required to fully build the home

2 3D Renderings

* 3D renderings of all rooms with furniture and kitchen cabinets
* Garage with vehicles
* Exterior 3D views matching the house style shown
3. Construction Plans for Kansas (Princeton, KS)

* Electrical plan
* Plumbing plan
* HVAC (heating & air) plan
* Cable / internet / low-voltage wiring
* Structural details
4. Files / Deliverables

* Editable design files (any software you use)
* PDF plan set ready for city submission
* Full material list in spreadsheet format
* A few revisions included
