Traditional Residential 3D Interior Designs

I’m looking for a reliable 3D interior designer who can take on residential projects for me on a recurring basis. Every assignment centres on a warm, traditional aesthetic and covers three key areas:

• Living Room
• Bedroom
• Kitchen

My usual process is simple: I supply the 2D floor plan, measurements, and a mood-board, and I count on you to translate that into photorealistic renders that capture classic detailing—think rich woodwork, layered textiles, and balanced, inviting lighting.

Deliverables I expect each time:
• High-resolution still renders (4K or better) showing multiple angles of each room
• Native 3D model files plus any linked textures (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar)
• A brief materials and furniture list so I can price finishes and furnishings locally

Turnaround for a first draft is typically one week, with two revision rounds built into the schedule. Strong communication, an eye for proportion, and experience rendering traditional interiors are essential.
