Traditional Master Suite & Patio Design

I am re-imagining three key areas of my home and need an interior designer who can translate a clear brief into fully resolved, build-ready plans, all in a classic Traditional style. I have the auto cad drawings.

Project zones & square footage
• His-and-Her Master Suite (≈ 800-900 sq ft): two California kings, separate baths, dual walk-in closets each housing a washer-dryer (stacked or side-by-side), and circulation that still feels generous.
• Mudroom + Butler’s Pantry (≈ 200 sq ft): second laundry set, five open cubbies for daily gear, food pantry, fridge, island for office supplies, and a dedicated coffee corner.
• Covered Back Patio (≈ 800 sq ft): outdoor kitchen with grill, fireplace flanked by a sofa grouping, space for a large dining table and several loungers.

What I’m looking for
I need thoughtful space planning, furniture layouts, and finish concepts that honour a refined traditional aesthetic while keeping each zone highly functional for family life. If we work well together, construction drawings and material schedules may follow as a second phase.

Please include examples of past work that show you understand classic detailing—paneling, millwork, stone choices, balanced symmetry—along with any visuals (renderings, photos, drawings) that prove you can deliver projects of similar scale.

Deliverables
- Scaled floor plans with furniture and appliance placement for all three areas
- 2–3 mood boards or renderings per zone illustrating materials, colour palette and key elevations
- A concise specification sheet listing primary finishes and fixture suggestions

Timeline is flexible but I’d like to review initial concepts within three weeks of award. Feel free to suggest the tools you prefer—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or hand-sketches—as long as final files are clear and ready for my contractor to act on.
