I'm in the process of developing an apartment community and am in need of a skilled professional to create a colored three-dimensional marketing piece for me. I have detailed architectural drawings that I can share, along with all of my selection choices for exterior materials, including siding, roofing, doors, garage doors, windows, etc.
The final product should display the following:
- A traditional style apartment community
- An exterior setting complete with grass, trees, a parking lot, sky, landscaping, and a parking lot
The level of detail for the landscaping should be moderate, incorporating trees, grass, and some plants.
