Traditional 3×2 Bungalow Plans
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m ready to move from concept to paper for a small development of three identical, two-bedroom bungalows. Each home should feel unmistakably traditional on the outside, yet flow into a bright, open-plan living space inside. The outer walls will be black timber clad and the tiled roof are non-negotiable and will incorporate solar panels, the drawings must reflect authentic proportions and detailing that suit this material.
,
What I need from you is a full drawing package, plotted to scale and ready for planning submission. That includes:
• Site layout showing how the three units sit on the plot, access, parking, basic landscaping.
• Individual floor plans with clear dimensions for the open-plan living-kitchen-dining zone, two bedrooms, bathroom(s) and storage.
• Elevations and sections that capture traditional styling—eaves, window proportions, door surrounds and the pitched tiled roof.
• A roof plan detailing tile layout and pitch.
• PDF sheets for review plus the original CAD (DWG or compatible) files for future edits.
I expect the bungalows to be around 85-90m2, A 3D layout plan would be nice
All drawings have to meet standard UK planning and building-reg requirements, use metric dimensions and be plotted at common scales (1:100, 1:50, 1:20 where relevant).
If you have a portfolio of similar low-rise residential work, especially traditional builds with open-plan interiors, I’d love to see it when you respond.
