Traditional Bold Home Decor

I need help decorating three rooms in my new house: two living rooms, and a sunroom. I want to achieve a traditional style with a bold color scheme.

Requirements:
- Provide design concepts for each room
- Source and select furniture and decor items
- Coordinate with me on layout and color choices
- Ideally, you should have experience in traditional design and a keen eye for bold color combinations.

Also, I have found a fabric I want to use for one of my sofas. I need a skilled upholsterer to cover a sofa with this fabric.
